Tips & Tricks to Make the Most of Your Stay

Please see below the information we share with family and friends before they stay with us on Longboat Key. We want you to know how to make the most of your visit to 1C.

Your Questions, Answered

  • 1C has the perfect blend of convenience and comfort. In the C building, we are a front left bottom corner unit, looking out across the deck to the gulf. C is the building immediately behind the pool.

  • We have one of the most open floorplans and largest living room spaces, while still offering a patio in the front to sun. We are centrally located in the property, while still maintaining a great view of the shore!

  • First: we recommend checking all the cabinets (including those over the fridge and in front of the bar stools. Storage is a premium in 1C, so things are stored in less intuitive places. We’ve tried to label everything so if you share with another unit items return to 1C, but that doesn’t always happen

    Next: ask the office. They can replace dishes, utensils and appliances as needed.

    Third: We often will visit Ace Hardware or Publix/CVS for items. If you had to buy something you would have expected us to have, lease let us know in your review!

  • The toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, and more are in the cabinets in front of the stools, against the wall to the living room.

  • WiFi is Casa1C, password: 9413835549

    If 1C signal is too weak, try signing into 9C with the same password.

  • Yes. The living room TV is Vizio brand. If you have an account you can log in. If you do not have a Vizio account, you can easily log into your favorite apps via the home page: Netflix, Hulu, Disney+. It also has cable, which requires no logins.

    The master bedroom TV has cable and basic login capabilities

    Don’t forget to log out when you leave!
