Casa Del Mar property is unique in that each unit is family-owned and designed, while our on-site team provides the best care and support during your stay.

You’ll be provided a few amenties upon arrival from the office to get you started including dish soap, toilet paper and paper towels. Our condo comes prepared with a full kitchen of appliances, dishes, serving sets and more to make your stay comfortable.

What we pack:

  • Beach Clothes & Gear

    Mostly beach covers, lounge gear and bathing suits. Beach towels are available for free in unit and for purchase in the office. We usually pack one nice set of clothing for going out at a local restaurant on or near the island.

  • Snacks & Staples

    At arrival you’ll receive basic amenities such as dish soap, bar soaps, hotel size shampoo/conditioner and a dish detergent pod. No additional disposables are provided, but Publix is close and there is delivery!

  • A car

    The island is difficult to navigate without a car. Zota resort with bar and restaurant is in walking distance. Although ride shares run, a car is recommended.

  • Small Cooler & Beach Bag

    The beach is a short walk, but who wants to come back inside? Publix offers refrigerated bags that are perfect for some cool beverages on the beach.
